NAAVR was founded by a veterinarian and two certified veterinary practice managers who began their careers in client service roles within veterinary practices. Their shared journey from the front desk to leadership roles gives them a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs you face every day. They created NAAVR with one mission: to uplift, empower, and support veterinary receptionists while advocating for their critical role in veterinary medicine.
