🎊We’ve got some super exciting news to share about our journey with NAAVR, the ultimate association for CSRs! Unlike those other platforms like IGNITE or ACT, we’re all about bringing together the best CSR content right on our site!

Phase 1 is all about making it a breeze for practice managers and CSRs to find training links—quick and easy, no stress! We are developing that education portal as we speak!

🚀And wait for it, Phase 2 is even cooler, with the rollout of a certified client experience professional title and training that’s gonna be top-notch, complete with testing and ongoing education like a CVPM!

But that's not all—we're actively advocating for CSRs at both state and national meetings, pushing for legit learning tracks!  We’ve got more advocacy activities in the pipeline leading up to the CCEP certification, so stay tuned! ⭐
